We offer Annual Renewable Maintenance contracts that include:

• 4 quarterly visits by a certified gate technician to do critical maintenance.
• Spray and lube all mechanical parts.
• Clean circuitry of dust and insect nests.
• Testing and diagnostics of emergency and safety devices.
• Adjustment of gate hardware such as rollers and hinges.
• Re-align gate to avoid dragging.
• Check and clean gate track.

How fast do we respond?
If we receive the repair service call before 8:00am we can be there the same day. If we receive the call after 8:00am it will be the next day.

How can our service calls save you money?
We have most spare parts on our service vans enabling us to complete the gate repairing service call in one trip. This saves you from gate down time and money for an extra trip.

Do we have a minimum fee?
Yes. We have a 1-hour minimum fee.
